Application of ceramic plunger pump

The ceramic plunger pump works by driving the plunger to reciprocate in the pump cavity through a motor, forming a negative to suck in liquid and then discharging it under high pressure, with a working pressure that can reach above 100 MPa. The core part, the ceramic plunger adopts a three-section design with a steel core and a ceramic outer layer. It resists impact through the mating of concave and convex cones and controls the surface smoothness error 0.5%. The sealing system uses carbon fiber soft filler, paired with a low-damping conical one-way valve, which can transport high-viscosity. The valve-less type achieves flow channel switching through the composite motion of the plunger (reciprocating   rotating), canceling the traditional one-way valve structure.

It is used to transport glaze slurry, ceramic slurry, etc., avoiding pollution and accurately adjusting pressure. It is suitable for the cerics, insulator industry, with a working pressure of 2MPa and a power of 11KW.

Pharmaceutical/Food
